 + 0 moreThis contractor was the most reasonably priced (roofing) that we had found. He returned all phone calls promptly and was clean and courteous. Communication was great! The work was performed when he said he would do it; completed within one day. When Michael came over to give us an estimate, he immidiately handed us his references, CT contractor's license, insurance certificate, and letter from the Better Business Bureau. We would not hestiate to contact Michael, again, should the need arise.
Description of Work: Patched a leak in our roof. The size of the area he repaired is hard to describe, as it went from the top of our front porch, up the side of our dormer on the 2nd floor. I'd say one section as approx. 4 x 4 (on the porch roof) and the other area 4 x 6. Again, this isn't exact. He took off the two layers of shingles, the old flashing, the plywood, the siding on the dormer, etc. He installed new plywood where needed; put down tar paper and two layers of shingles so that it would match the rest of the roof (height-wise). He put in new flashing, cleaned the siding and re-installed it.
