Description of Work: Mull Bros installed a Lennox Heat pump as well as all duct work in my split level home as no duct work previously existed. The entire staff and crew were very friendly and they did an excellent job installing everything and were very clean. They had some crew members out sick so it took them a little longer than expected to do the job, but they made sure we were aware of this and did not rush to finish just so they could move onto their next job. The price they quoted us was far less than any other estimates we received, everything about them was great and I would use them again if I ever needed to.

Description of Work: Nothing did not care to get job. Was willing to install hvac system if I pushed the issue. But said I would have to hire someone else for maintaining system. Was farther then he was willing to travel.

Description of Work: Our central air konked out at dinnertime and we called them right away. Sal from Mull Brothers called us at 8:30 p.m. to inquire about our problem, said he would be there the next morning but call first and he did. He arrived at 9 a.m., took care of the problem right away and was excellent and friendly and knowledgable.

Description of Work: Mull Brothers never provided service for us. They did come to evaluate our central air condtioning system and provided an estimate. Tony seemed sincere and helpful while at our home. However, he promised to call us to schedule the work and never called. Repeated calls from us to request a service visit were unsuccessful. Apparently other customers are more important. We ultimately called Harp Mechanical and got our air conditioning successfully repaired in a timely manner. We regret the time wasted (several weeks of patience!) on trying to get Mull Brothers to provide service. To top it off, we received a bill for $97.00 for the service evaulation despite the $77.00 fee advertised on Angie's List. When calling for the original appointment, we mentioned Angie's List and the advertised price. We mentioned Angie's List and the $77.00 fee again when Tony was at the house. So not only did they forget to schedule our service, they forgot the agreed-upon price!
