Our experience with the Owens Corning Basement Finishing System was a very positive one. They answered all of our questions during the initial consultation and took time to discuss the process without pressuring us to commit. We were very impressed with the communication to schedule our project, members of the team who answered all of our questions, and timetable which was very convenient for our busy schedule. Our basement was completely finished in approximately three weeks. It looked amazing! We had two gorgeous rooms that were finished and ready for use. The team left our house as they found it and addressed our concerns before wrapping up the project. They asked us for our feedback and took time to show us how the system worked. We were very pleased with their consistency to ensure that our permits were checked and approved throughout the project. Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend this company to other families wanting to finish their basement.

Lux Renovations did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would do it. I was very pleased with the installation of the Owen Corning basement system to create a recreation room and bathroom in my home. The contractor that installed the walls and ceilings did an excellent job, and the coordination with other subcontractors went very well. The project manager stayed on top of everything and there were no delays while waiting for sub-contractors. The plumbing and electrical contractors and carpet installers also did excellent and timely work. I highly recommend Lux Renovations to others.

Product and personnel on jobsite were very good. A few things were executed differently than planned with salesperson and initial visit. Getting everything in the quote and contract is important as the communication otherwise would have been lost. The price is high, significantly higher than from more traditional quotes. we went ahead based on reputation of Owens Corning. counting on manufacturers quality, and the warranty/guarantees. Quality of work by team onsite was very good, but you do pay a premium.

Communication with the company was excellent. Design crew was most helpful and even saved us from over doing what we actually needed. The project was delayed by a couple of months due to the usual issues these days but once on site, James and his friendly crew worked long hours to get the work done and done well in a timely fashion. The company is not inexpensive but the final result is excellent.

Could not be happier with our basement. The product comes at a premium but is well worth it. The quality of work and flexibility of the crew could not have been better. Balint our crew chief was meticulous to every detail and delivered a final product that our family will enjoy for years. Highly recommend using them!

If you need extra room fast this is great. Completed in three days. Soundproofed and weâ ll insulated very eat to heat.

We were not the easiest customers as far as changing our minds on different things, and our installer, Balint, never complained, and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.

They were excellent all along the way. The installation team of Tim and Luke were polite and very skilled!

Thomas and Courtney who did the projet were excellent. Friendly and I was very comfortable having them in my home both while I was there and when I couldn't be there.

Excellent service and professionalism by all who worked on our basement. the carpenters and electricians were quality for sure. Pete Monaghan was always available for any concerns. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. We will enjoy this new addition to our home for years to come.

The true treasure of the experience was the carpenter, Balint, who was a very detail oriented craftsman. He worked long days, cleaned up space beautifully each day, communicated daily with us regarding the project. The electricians, Vince and Joe, were thorough and complete with all of their work. The project manager, Pete, stayed in touch regularly to complete the renovation on time.

They were extremely professional. I could not be more satisfied.

We just had our basement remodeled by Lux Renovations and I couldnt be happier about the outcome. The folks from Lux Renovations were very professional from the first meeting to the beginning of the remodel, to its completion. They did everything we asked for and wanted. The 2 workers were a husband and wife team that did excellent work and were very aware of our needs. They cleaned up every night before leaving which was very important to us because of our dogs. The products from Owens Corning Basement Finishing System is beautiful and is a real eye opener. It makes the basement airy and bright. It also makes hanging pictures easy and convenient. No nails or nail holes to worry about. We highly recommend Lux Renovations and Owens Corning Basement Finishing System for any basement remodel.
