They fixed the bad connection by adding a new video card and connection and covering over the bad connection. This did fix my problem and I'm glad about that. And their hours were flexible enough that I was able to get there after work and they were still open, which is a huge plus for me. My difficulty in providing a high review is for two reasons. First, I don't have any context to know whether the fix they did was good, bad or indifferent. I probably won't know until some months down the road. The other reason is that I felt they didn't want me as a customer. They didn't return my phone calls when I called for status on the fix. When I went in to pick up the harddrive I couldn't tell which attendant was supposed to help me with what and who to direct my questions to. Also, when I asked about another accessory, they showed it to me, but when I started asking questions about whether it would help me with another problem I had, they weren't really responsive. And even though they had coverage in the shop and no other customers, they didn't even offer to carry my harddrive out to my car. Gee, even the pet store offers to help carry out my kibble. But would I go there again? I'd like to give it another shot and see if it goes better.

Ask for Jose, he is the best. He is very personable and knows everything about computers and game stations. They are very good. They also do ink refills there too.

THEY COMPANY TOOK A WEEK TO REPAIR MY COMPUTER. I DO LIKE HOW IT WORKS SINCE THIS COMPANY REPAIRED IT. I DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER, IT WORKS LIKE A NEW ONE WOULD.
