Completed the job early - originally estimated 8 days to finish the full job and completed it in 6. Showed up everyday on time. Professional crew who constantly looked to do the job right. They even added a few extras that weren't in the original quote to make sure the job was complete and something they would be proud to show to others. Plenty of communication throughout the process to let me know of progress and answer any questions. The job was to remove old, overgrown shrubs/plants, apply a stone veneer to the concrete base wall of the house, and update the landscaping with new plants.

They quoted as $460 to excavate roughly 150 to 200 square feet, but when we received our invoice from them, the invoice was $600. Although they honored the $460 quote, they didn't finish the work. They mulched, but didn't seed the area that was supposed to be seeded. They were punctual as far as the quote goes, but they had a very long completion time. When the job was completed, they called them and let them know that the job was not done and that seeing still needed to take place. They told me that it was already completed, but they would come back out and fix it but that never took place. Then, 3 to 4 days after that, we received the invoice of $600. I called them to tell them that they weren't going to get that $600, they're going to get $460 and the job still hasn't been completed and I still have not heard or seen them to correct the area.
Description of Work: We have used Griffin Landscaping Inc. They excavated and mulched areas of our property.
