DRAIN-RITE

It went very well. I called several people from Angie's list, he was the only one that called and came right over. There was roots from a tree that was blocking my pipes. He had to the pipe cleaning a few times to get all of them.

Ed was very responsive when I called. It wasn't an emergency service, so we worked out a day and time for him to come out and clear the drain. He also called me on the day of the work to let me know his status because of the unpredictability of the other jobs he was working on. He was very thorough when working on clearing the drain and didn't mind answering the questions I had. It seemed like his equipment was in good shape and he kept a fairly neat working area even though he was working in our unfinished basement. After cleaning up, he was able to offer some good suggestions for how to avoid problems in the future.

Ed came the same day we called and gave us an approximate time. He said he would call when he was done with other customers which he did. He was very professional, hard working, and reliable and we would use him again if needed. He saved the day as we were having a party the next day and we needed to use the kitchen. He returned my initial call within 30 minutes and was at the house an hour layer, which was his estimate. He spent about 90 minutes in total. I have used this company previously, but not for several years.

I tried to clear my sink drain myself. I have dual sinks and the drains tee off into a single pipe which has two bends. I was able to get past the first bend myself, but after that could not progress any further. They were recommended to me by my plumber and they were awesome.

Very well. Timely response, The job was particularly difficult with very large roots having invaded the pipes. The work was completed the same day and the backup in our sump was corrected. Very impressed with professional work and good explanations.

He was excellent. He was very quick, efficient and I have not had any problems with them ever since which is a great factor.

Ed saved the day. The back-up was nasty and I was close to tears. First, he checked out all of the drain pipes to get a "map" of where things are and assessed the situation in the master bathroom. He hauled in his equipment taking care not to scratch my hardwood floors and he got to work. He took a conservative route first and then ended up having to remove the commode in the master bathroom to snake the pipes. He worked efficiently and was fastidious about draping floors and cleaning up. After the drains were running again, I went downstairs to shut off the basement lights and noticed liquid on the new basement floors. Ed was getting ready to leave so I ran out to his truck. He came in and took a look and told me what had happened and why and then busy cleaning it up with his wet vac and then with bleach so I didn't have to deal with it. He double-checked the drains and seals to ensure there were no leaks. His price was reasonable and he was courteous. He also took the time to explain why, even though it is a new house, the drains backed up and how we could help prevent this from happening again. I recommend Ed / Drain Rite to anyone having a drain issue.

Jim responded to my call for service very quickly and set up the appointment the same day. They were working on another project but agreed to come to our house to clean the drain after 5pm, without additional charge. Ed kept me updated with his schedule and kept the promise to come for service. He took time to pinpoint the issue and got the job done with very reasonable price. Drain Rite brothers are professional, effective and candid, and they did an excellent job. Would strongly recommend!

Arrived within 2 hours of my call. Ed was friendly, fixed the clog quickly, and spent some extra time with me to discuss possible re-routing in the future to avoid further clogs. The price seemed very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The service provided and price was amazing especially given the fact it was a Sunday. We called several providers that were listed. When we talked to Mike at All Plumbing he recommended Drain Rite for de-rooting the drain. After a previous experience with Roto-Rooter, I was pleasantly surprised at the response, professionalism, and value delivered by Jim from Drain Rite. I will go to them first from now on. No BS or scare tactics just honest answers and a job well done.
