Paulo and his crew were great to work with. They made sure to keep the place clean, was on time and made sure we were satisfied. Went above and beyond. Very responsive and very nice. Would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

I recently hired Batista General Services for popcorn removal and painting. Paulo and his crew are very professional and take pride in their work. They moved all of my furniture, covered it, and put the rooms back together when they were done. They completed the job on time and on budget. I would recommend them highly.

We hired Batista Services to stabilize our deck and repaint our basement. The deck is about 20 years old and moved side to side when you walked on it. Paulo came to assess and gave me 4 different options with estimates and pre-viz to choose from. He was very communicative from start to finish. I never felt pressured to choose the more expensive option, and Paulo gave me his expert opinion on what would ensure safety and also be up to code. After the jobs his men cleaned up thoroughly. We are very happy with Paulo and his team’s work and would definitely hire him again!

We had some carpentry and interior painting done by Batista General Service and were so happy with the results. They were quick, responsive, a good value and extremely easy to work with!

Paulo from batista general services came out to my house saw my deck gave me a quote a price to power wash , sand and paint my Deck & pergola. I hired him. He said he would come on saturday @ 07:30am to power wash and sand the deck & pergola called to reschedule time to 05:00pm then he called and said he wasnt sure if he was coming .then he decided to come. he did the powerwash .then he said he would do the painting on tuesday 5/26/20 . On monday afternoon he texts me saying he cant do the pergola only the deck .I hired him to do both .At that point i decided not to go with them. There was too many inconsistencies he kept changing days he was going to do the project to not being able to do entire project that we had already agreed for them to do .. I would not recommend this service . I have an event that I cannot do because he bailed out the day before . Terrible service!!!! If he couldnt do the pergola he should of said that from the beginning ..

Very well. Paulo arrived early Monday on schedule. He did extensive prep and carefully painted 2 rooms-one a complicated entry hall with flight of stairs. Previously stained doors and banisters were painted, ceilings, too. In addition he replaced cracked windows and glazed those and additional ones, 20 in all. He replaced exterior fascia boards and flashing. He repaired squirrel damaged supports and painted those exterior repairs as well as some previous work by another carpenter. He is honest, reliable, conscientious and has a great disposition. He made valuable suggestions which affected my design decisions. He was willing to accommodate additional requests. For example he wired in a new wall fixture. As I told him, the only unhappy residents were the squirrels.

I really liked him. After he left though I noticed many mistakes where he hit the ceiling and painted over the wall sockets. there was paint on the trim also. There are a few areas and he needed to put an extra coat on that are very sparse but in all fairness we were running out of paint. $800 for sanding walls and painting kitchen.

He did an excellent job. He left things very neat and worked to meet my schedule requirements. I have received many compliments on the quality of the paint job. He is very trustworthy. I have no qualms about him working in my house while I am at work.

Very professional and done on time .

Paulo is punctual and a good communicator. He provides verification of the materials and their respective costs. He comes well prepared much more than others that we have hired. We plan to do a future project involving sheet rock, paint and application of moulding that will include a fireplace. Cleanup is done well, there is fine dust that filters everywhere and he takes precautions. The homeowner will still need to do their in depth cleaning.

Mr Paulo Baptiste has weeded our extensive flower and shrubbery beds and mulched around them for several years now. He is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. He is meticulous. His pricing is honest and fair. And besides all that, he is a good man, on whom we call to schedule work and for emergencies.

Everything did go as expected

He is great. He's prompt, on time, and very hardworking. Price was average.
