+ -1 moreThe electrocution that came was punctual and professional. They installed an overly expensive thermostat due to a misunderstanding. I requested an internet activated thermostat. They said the thermostat alone would cost $265. I decided this was too expensive and ordered a conventional programmable thermostat. When I got the bill they charged $220 for the "conventional programmable thermostat." I called protesting that "conventional programmable thermostats" are available from Amazon and a multitude of other suppliers for $50. There response was well that is what we paid our supplier and I will send you the bill if you don't believe me. In the end we compromised that I paid them the wholesale price for the thermostat, but that was still $190. Bartoli is not listening to their customers. Had I known that their recommended programmable thermostat was only $45 less than the one I wanted I would have bought the internet activated one.

+ -1 moreThey replaced the firmer, added a couple of new electrical outlets for my air conditioner and changed a new outlet in the bathroom that is grounded. I saw their ad in the newspaper and found them to be a fairly large company. They sent someone to come and have a look. They came on time and did their job. It didn't cost too much.
Description of Work: I used their services to get some electrical outlets added and replaced.
