Nightmare experience with Milton. We had 4 project managers in 6 months. Deep, repeated problems with budgeting/estimating caused major stress throughout the build. Milton recommended we switch to a more expensive contractor than initially scoped in the early stages of the job and promised to split the substantial cost increase. No credit was ever applied/ paid. In trying to address a major error/ oversight in the build, they first denied there was an error/ oversight. Then brazenly asked us to prove that we had requested a specific material be used repeatedly - for over a year, which we did. In short, we found the marketing around exceptional client experience to be hype and the response to issues pointed out be both arrogant and inadequate. We finished the job with Bluewater.
