Tim Luciano is there working at the job- site with his employees to ensure that the job is done right. He has fair and comparable prices to other paving vendors in the area as well and will work with you closely to figure out logistics, timing ect. We had two large projects to get done that involved the coordination with staff and guests, and he accommodated to our specific needs. The jobs were done very well and we are happy with the results. I. highly recommend Luciano Paving.

Tim came to give us a quote, measured up, told us when the area would be paved, came on the appointed date, and everything was terrific. Exactly what we wanted: a beautiful, neat, smooth new driveway! Highly recommended.

Couldn't have asked for better service, quality, or attention

Contacted local contractors for driveway repair. Owner Tim Luciano was very pleasant and provided competitive job estimate. Work performed as promised. Noticed extra care taken during base preparation. Very happy with end product. Work crew was very professional. Would recommend to others.

I contacted Luciano four times over three weeks to have an estimate completed for a $10,000 paving project. Every time I called the secretary was friendly and let me know she would send my info to Tim and stress the importance because I have called several times and could not get a call back. If your company is too busy for new work at least have the courtesy to tell prospective customers. If you are on any kind of timeline for your project I would NOT recommend this contractor. If Tim is this unresponsive, how would he be at pricing change orders or being available to the customer?

What an honest company! I was told that my driveway probably has another year or so left and that "putting on sealer would make NO difference. Why not wait another year or two and then re-pave?" Not putting on sealer for another or two will go toward saving for the re-paving. We really appreciate their advice!

I called Luciano's on Tuesday early in the afternoon and left a message. Within an hour I had a call back and the owner Tim went to the house to give me and estimate. By the end of the day we agreed on the scope of work and price. The work was completed the next day and it looks great.

Never returned E-Mails to schedule appointment

This job couldn't have been any better. Tim was prompt at coming out to provide a quote and he gave me a estimate on the spot. Tim also worked with us to get the Belgium block border we wanted while still meeting our budget. His price was competitive with others. Tim scheduled the job quickly and completed it on time. He made the entire process easy. Tim clearly cares about the quality of his work and makes sure that his driveways will last. In my case, he was concerned that water from a neighbor's driveway would cause problems for ours. So, he repaved the neighbor's driveway apron at no cost to us. I was impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond.

I called for a service estimate and received a call back 3-4 days later stating the "foreman" will call me back to arrange a day and time to come. Never called. I called again 2 weeks later and the service said I would "definitely get a call back within a day" and said she would relay to the owner I have been waiting to hear back from them... That was 5 days ago. You can give them all the "A" reviews you want but poor professionalism will always be an "F". Message to the owner: stop leaving your sign on people's lawns with your name and number if you're obviously too busy and important to take on new business.

Team was SO impressive. Very careful; very meticulous. Did things carefully; step-by-organized-step. Cleaned up. Team worked very hard; driveway looks great.

The provider was quick to respond, quick to schedule and appointment, and quick to provide a quote. Although I didn't proceed because of the cost of the project, I will use him when i do proceed.

Everything went smoothly. The guys on the team were all great. Everyone was very professional. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

The Provider [Luciano] made an appointment with me for the day listed above. He was a no show; he did not call or leave any message that he could not make the appointment prior to the appointment. After repeated calls to him, he called back and stated that he was too far behind to have made it and that he would come by the next day at or about 5pm; but, a no show again. I gave up.

Tim was very friendly- a real neighborhood guy. His price was lower than the other estimate I received and the work was done to our satisfaction. The only area for improvement would be responsiveness. I had to call the office several times before getting a call back.

He came promptly for estimate, set a date, which had to be changed due to weather. He showed up on revised date and was done in two days, even checking to see which way the water ran off the pavement.

zExcellent! Tim was straight forward and friendly. I had gotten a couple of other quotes from different companies. Tim gave us a quote that we thought was reasonable and within our budget. The work was done with great care and craftsmanship and Tim and his crew were professional and friendly (which is important to me when you have young children running about). I will be using Luciano Paving again and I would highly recommend this company.

Luciano Paving's owner came to give me an estimate for sealing my driveway. He was prompt and courteous. He said that it really wasn't worth sealing my driveway, as it is 18 years old and needs repaving within the next few years. He told me not to waste my money on sealing,and I appreciated that. I will call him when we are ready for repaving!

I left a message with Luciano Paving seeking an estimate for a driveway replacement on the 8th of April. I was called back on Friday the 12th and we set up a time for the estimate in the afternoon of the same day. The phone conversation was pleasant and to the point. I was told to expect someone after 1 PM. Nobody showed or called. I was called again on Saturday at 12:30 PM and he said he got held up because of rain, would I mind if he came by in about 30 minutes? I agreed and waited two hours and fifteen minutes before he showed up. He was verbally aggressive as he started the measurements. When I mentioned that we were soliciting several estimates he became brash and boasted that he could beat any price that anyone else could give us. He then asked who else estimated the job. When I did not speak right away, he started asking specifically by name who else he thought I might have requested a quote from. He mentioned a competitor who was based out of Norwalk and when I said there was an estimate from that contractor he immediately disparaged the work done by the other contractor and said and quot;My prices are better than his any day of the weekand quot;. He completed the measurements, and listed a price that was $1,100 OVER the competitor he mentioned. When I pointed out that he was the higher estimate, he said well I can drop my price by $800. I joked that the reduced price was still higher, and he said that his quality would show for a greater price, despite boasting only 20 minutes before that he would beat any price. After he left, I looked at his estimate compared to the others I had received, and decided to use the competitor he disparaged and who bid $1,100 lower.

They did a good job. They showed up when they said. They did half of it one day and half of it another day. It was lower than the quote. When he came out, he seemed to know it would be lower. They were great. Time will tell but it is good so far. I hope to never have to do my driveway again.
