Geiger misrepresented it's services. Owner Kyle Richie came to make amends. More promises made, none kept. Failed to perform promptly and fully. Fraudulently induced us to sign up for summer fine gardening in return for maintenance and replacement of 11 dead plants. Bill Ostrander, our representative, only came to up sell services and if we didn't keep ordering new services, he would not preform existing services. Lights were ordered, installed eventually with wrong tops in wrong place. A month and half later, tops replaced after many communications, but never moved. After two months of outrageous excuses and lies by Bill Ostrander, Geiger stoped taking my calls and never responded to my emails - while still billing us! More telling is that replacement plants ordered and promised in June were never delivered and now Mr. Richie has stated on August 18, 2016 that he will not honor his obligations pursuant to his own contract. This business provider is unethical, unprofessional, much too expensive, incompetent, abusive and must be micromanaged every step of the way. Invoicing and collecting money is their strength, performing in a professional manner is beyond their capability. Avoid this provider at all costs!!!!!!! You will be sorry if you don't.

Has been a disaster. In 11 months we've had 6 "property managers"; all crews seems to have quit as a result of not being paid for weeks. Lawn service was good. Beds, plant trimming was ok, good weeding, bad keeping bushes neat and tidy Pool service excellent But have not seen anyone in weeks, office says they will call back and never do. Luckily at end of contract, but will have to get another crew in to do leaves.

it's still going! or maybe it isn't... let's wait and see
