Description of Work: We were changing over to a gas furnace. Gault would only quote for an oil furnace with a gas conversion. We chose to go directly to a gas furnace that cost us less.

Description of Work: I had been both a fuel oil and propane customer of Gault for 5 years. I needed a larger propane tank as I gave up my fuel oil heater. They wanted to charge me anew for the rental of a larger tank and $ for the delivery and set up of a larger tank (smaller one was theirs). I called around and started with RURAL that didn't and doesn't have any of the charges that Gault has.

Description of Work: technician came 15min late after a 900-1300 window this after I had to call the center and ask if they were coming. he came for a service call to inspect an AC unit and possible repair. The guy had minimal knowledge (could not really answer any questions) and quoted me 500 for a new fan motor and 200 for a capacitor. needless to say we told him thanks and went to palmers electric and got the above plus a new fan for under 150. not very impressed and they charged me 100.

They always call first to affirm the appointment for the maintenance. The servicemen have always been neat, professional, and courteous. We pay them an annual fee.

The workers are always neat and courteous. This company has been in business for a long time and the quality of their work is very top of the line.

 + -1 moreJim Donaker is the owner. He is directly related to the entire process as it is not a large company. The employees are very knowledgeable and honest. I began using them on account of being close to my home. Luckily, I was very pleased with their services. I will definitely continue to use them for future needs.
Description of Work: The company did a yearly maintenance check on my oil furnace. I wanted to assure its safety and efficiency. There were no major issues with the furnace. The serviceman made a few minor adjustments which required no parts. My home is 2800 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.
