Rizzo Masonry & Landscaping

Impossible to reach and do not return phone calls. I called them over a week ago, left a message, but they have not called back despite me calling them again. Even if they are too busy to do any work, they should do the courtesy of calling back to let me know that.

We have been customers for a few years. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate the quality of their work and their responsiveness. We highly recommend

What an amazing experience. Steve was so patient with me, kept me informed and visited the site regularly. The 2 guys who did the installation were great and were able to rush the completion in time for our big party. We love it. It's like we added a whole new room to our property.

Of the estimates that we did get, the only one that we had contemplated using was Rizzo. The others, we didn't get what we thought were competitive enough quotes. The work has already been done by another company. They were very, very detailed, the follow-up was very professional, and my impression of them was very positive, but I didn't use them. My interaction with them was very positive. The gentleman who was here, a young fellow, it was a very positive interaction. I would use them in the future if I didn't have access to the gentleman whose stone company did the ultimate work. If I didn't have the access to the fellow that did do the ultimate work, I would use Rizzo.

Great experience. I've worked with Steve for fall cleanups, and they did a great job with that and this masonry work. Steve came for an estimate and promptly responded with a written estimate. Once we agreed to move forward, he and his team showed up exactly on time and got right to work. The two workers who did the actual repointing were extremely polite and considerate--they even stopped work for about an hour so my 1-year-old could nap! That's above and beyond. The actual work was very clean and professional looking, a good investment. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I will say is that sometimes it's hard to schedule them (mostly for landscaping though)--they tend to book up quickly. But I guess that's a sign of healthy business, and they were able to get to work on this project with fairly short lead-time.

Steve responded right away and kept in touch with me throughout the job. Their pricing was reasonable and the crew worked in 100 degree heat to finish the work. I would definitely hire them again.

They responded quickly and came to the home to provide a quote. Quote was more than the deal allowed so provided scaled down version of the service that fit my budget. When they actually came to do the work they stayed longer than I paid for to get the job done. Work was good - no issues at all with these guys

I called Steve in early March. He and Sergio came over shortly thereafter. They followed up with an estimate that was confusing, so I asked Steve to stop by to clarify. Due to scheduling problems, that proved to be more difficult. But Steve sent a message saying that they would be able to do the work quickly if I gave them a go-ahead. Steve came by again and we reviewed the work to be done. A week later, I got a message from Steve saying that the work could be done in mid-May. Based on that, I had no reason to proceed with them. Very unprofessional and hardly inspiring confidence.

In the end, we went with a different provider that could provided the raised patio within the same price. But overall, Rizzo was very well recommended, prompt and professional, and competitive with their quotes.

Inspected work to be done in August & said would do in Sept. Called on a Sat in Sept & said could be there in 1/2 hour & crew would get it done that day. 2 man crew worked @8.5 hrs & completed. Should have blocked it off so no one could walk on stairs; I did that & called & asked how long had to cure. I let it cure for 2 days & it looks good. Charged $25 for materials but not for the extra time.

It went very well and the results are beautiful! It greatly increased the curb appeal of our home. Rizzo Masonry & Landscaping is very professional with skilled and talented crews. They were timely, organized, hard working, and they left our property in excellent condition when the job was completed.

It's going well! They've come back every week! My only complaint is that they like to drive fast when mowing, which leaves some divots in my lawn. Otherwise, they're perfect!

Steve was very professional, punctual and accomodating. Estimate was reasonable and along with my expectations. Job was well done in a timely manner. Results definitely met my expectations. Will strongly recommend Rizzo Masonry and use them in the future if opportunity comes up.

Steve and Manuel were very pleasant to work with. They arrived when scheduled and Manuel was thorough with the work performed in the time allotted. He left the property looking neat and cared for. Very pleased.

Bought the Angie's List deal for 4 hours of yard work. Steve messaged me quickly and came out in a few days to take a look at our yard and see what we'd like to have done. He was always friendly and professional. When they came back to do the work they did a great job cleaning up the mess in our yard that the winter had left us. I was amazed at what they were able to get done. The deal was $140 for the cleanup but did not include haul away so they offered to haul away the debris for $50. They also charged an additional $25 for use of a blower, but it was still a great deal. We will definitely use them again next time we need yard work.

I would like to recommend Rizzo Masonry & Landscaping to anyone who needs help with their garden. All tasks were performed very professionnaly and with a lot of attention to details. I had underestimated the time necessary to clean up the flower beds, then instal l the new plants and spread the mulch, so they came back on a sunday to finish everything for me. The gardener was punctual, very friendly and knowledgeable, hard worker and consencious. Hourly cost was reasonnable and they were working as quickly as possible, taking some nice intiatives. It looks beautiful now !
