Excellent. He was at the house within an hour of our call. Thorough, conscientious and even turned down additional time and work because he was uncomfortable with the safety of what we wanted (. The wires melted in our water heater, we thought they could be replaced but he felt it was unsafe). We have already made plans for him to come back and do additional non-emergency work.

Very professional and did great work. Would use them again.

The process was well organized and not disruptive. Joe and his team have excellent expertise and and are very professional. The generator had some issues not due to Positively Electric but the manufacturer. Joe and his team always responded to my calls and came out the same day. It is so important to have service you can trust when you buy a generator. They always followed up after they came and the generator has been working fine since Generac redesigned a part. It was Positively Electric that brought the design flaw to Generac's attention and Generac responded quickly to fix the issue for all their generators. I would highly recommend Positively Electric to anyone who is looking to install a generator. Their work is excellent and they are honest and trustworthy. I have used them for all my electrical needs.

Ken and Michael showed up on time, and were very professional. They were both were very friendly and very knowledgable. We discussed the project and Ken made several excellent suggestions that we implemented. They worked swiftly, efficiently and were very tidy. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend Positively Electric. It was a very "positive" experience !

Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional during his visit. Verbal estimates were provided on the spot. Between looking for competitive quotes and Joe being on vacation it was about a month before I received a written estimate Two weeks ago I emailed asking if we can talk about the price, never heard back. I would have liked very much to use them (good reputation and reviews, Joe seemed like the right guy for the job), but no response at all was very disappointing. *UPDATE: Joe reached out shortly after my review and cleared the air - his office was not as responsive as it could have been while he was away on vacation. Appreciated his time and concern, upgraded his review to C down the board.

The job went exceedingly well. Joe and his crew did everything they said they would do, did it efficiently and on time. They showed up each day they were here when they said they would arrive. They were respectful of our home, taking care to clean up beautifully each time they left. All of the team were great people, who worked hard, while having engaging personalities and good senses of humor. It was an absolute pleasure to work with each and every one of them. My wife and I have found a new team of electricians that we intend to use for all of our electrical needs going forward!

It went really well. They were easy to schedule (came the next day before work). Very nice and professional, and charged reasonable prices. I was very impressed.

All went fine and took a total of 10 minutes. I don't know if $200 is a reasonsible price for something that only takes 10 minutes but I am afraid of doing any electrical work, which made it worth it in my mind. Joseph was great! He was really friendly, explained everything to me in terms I could understand and didn't try to sell me anything else. Just came in, did the job and left. I kept his card because we will be calling him again. We actually will have additional electric needs down the road for some of the designs we have planned :-)

I was very happy with the services that we received from Joseph at Positively Electric. I'm a new home-owner so when I got the estimate for the work I experienced a bit of sticker shock, so I sent the estimate to a friend of mine who is a contractor to see if it was in-line with what he would expect for the amount of work we were having and he said that it seemed like what all electricians would charge and that we were being quoted for the LED recessed lighting which is the newest and best techology and that's what he would have recommended that we get. I was also happy that Joseph talked through the wired versus wireless options with me of how to get the TV mounted where I wanted it and gave me the pros and cons and various prices of each option. On the work day, Joseph and his crew showed up exactly on time and worked all day to get this project done. There was very clear communication about where we wanted various fixtures and how and where we wanted the switches. I was very comfortable working with them because they were so friendly and very good about letting me know what was going on. My contractor friend also said that you never really know how good an electrician is until you see how many holes they put in your walls and ceilings, and I think Joseph and his crew did a great job avoiding un-necessary holes and because they worked through existing fixture holes and were very considerate of how to get things done without holes, with all the work we had done I only ended up with two spots that I will need to patch. They even did the first coat of patching for me. Overall - I was very happy with the service and would use them again.

Proved to be a difficult problem because of old wiering but Joseph their technician figured it out and was unwilling to more than what they had quoted over the phone.

Installed manual transfer switch to replace 10 breakers in the main box. Ran cable to installed outside connector box, which connects to portable generator.

First, the owner came by on a Saturday morning to check out the work that needed to be done. I was very appreciative that he was able to accommodate my schedule so I could personally be there during the walk-through. They were able to provide a quote and schedule the work very quickly. Although this wasn't urgent electrical work, we had separately scheduled to re-insulate our attic, so I wanted to have an electrician in there before this was done. A team of four people (including the owner) arrived at our home at approximately 8am. Everyone was both courteous and professional and they completed all the work as described and in a timely manner. The work was done very professionally and we are very pleased with the results...it was exactly what we were hoping for. They also cleaned up after themselves and did not leave any mess.

All three requests were handled promptly and professionally.

The whole process from start to finish was done very professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Positively Electric. The employees were courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I will continue to use Positively Electric for all my electrical issues. `

Fixed issue and will be back to upgrade area that had problems once parts come in.

They were timely, polite and did a great job. They also made a number of suggestions for economically improving our lighting throughout the house and were flexible about handling unexpected situations. When they realized our old bedroom fixture had a cracked ceramic socket that would need replacing, they created one on the spot from parts they had in their van. In addition, they thoroughly checked the switchplate and wiring to make sure there were no additional issues that might contribute to a blow-out.

Contacted the provider and spoke with very friendly woman. She told me John would call me back to schedule a visit and I never received a call back. I think 6 days is sufficient to wait for a return call. I won't be using nor recommending.

They were wonderful. Hannah, from the office had to go back several times to the permit office in order to get a permit. The issue was related to the tax office computer not communicating with the building office. She went way above and beyond to get this issue resolved. Joseph and his team showed up on time and finished on time. My home had undergone many past renovations and the panel was a mess. They took the time to get it right! They were tidy and explained everything.

I never heard back from them. I did not use them.

I could not be more pleased with Positively Electric and their expertise, professionalism, and efficiency. Not only was the owner incredibly courteous, but punctual, patient, and incredibly responsive. We look forward to have Joseph and his team back to complete a number of other projects at our home!

The circuit was installed correctly. Advice was given to re-wire the ground wire from the circuit breaker, which according to another electrician that I used was not necessary.

The experience was very good. They did a good job with the wirings and in installing the generator.
