"This was our first time working with Steve, and it was a great experience. We requested a quote during a larger home renovation and found that the price was very competitive. Steve was also willing to work around our changing timetable and fit us into a tight window alongside other contractors' schedules. He routinely checked in on our timing and was able to accommodate us quickly once we were ready for the wood to be installed. The crew was amazing—courteous, polite, and extremely hard-working. They ensured everything was done to our satisfaction and even stayed late on the final day to complete the job and clean up. Their work was excellent. It’s worth noting that the lumber company—not Minuteman—delivered some boxes of the wrong color wood. Steve was extremely responsive, ensured the mistake was corrected, and made sure it did not delay the project. To me, that is the mark of a great contractor. With over 12 years of experience Ecolibrium Cleaning is a family owned business offering residential and office cleaning services. We specialize in weekly, biweekly and monthly recurring cleaning. We follow Greenseal standards for residential cleaning. We currently have 4 employees in addition to the owners, we usually work in teams of 2 though large jobs may require 3 team members. We do not use subcontractors. All employees are background checked, legal, can communicate in English, are trained, supervised, and are covered by Worker's Compensation Insurance. Connecticut does not require a license for cleaning but we are registered with the state as a legal business, and have a Sales and Use Tax permit for Sales Tax. We maintain a $1 million liability policy and each employee is bonded. We pay all income taxes required for our employees. Each job is estimated based on the needs and wants of each client.
