He came, gave a good price and said to call him after hearing from the Insurance company. I called to tell him to go with it. He never returned any of the calls. Had to get another to do the job.

I can't possibly give this company a better review. Franklin was so responsive every step of the way. They were able to replace my gutters rather quickly and the results were fantastic. Replacing old stained gutters with new ones make the house look so much better. For years I was dealing with a water issue in my basement that was fixed the moment they left. I didn't realize a faulty gutter was causing this constant issue and now my basement stays completely dry even after heavy rains. I did have other quotes and I found these other services ( one highly reviewed on this site ) were overly aggressive and their prices were very high. Franklin immediately returned my call when he got my initial message of enquiry. He sent a team to measure around my house so that his estimate for the job was accurate, and called the same day to discuss a quote, which was very reasonable considering the amount of debris in the gutters from all the recent storms. When I got home the day they had been, even my child exclaimed how clean the roof was and, "Look, there are no sticks in the gutters!" I wish I had taken a before and after photo of a view from an upper story window because they did such a meticulous job that the difference was easily seen. There wasn't even any debris left in the yard. All through the process, Franklin was in touch and was totally open and helpful. I've found myself a new, long-term, gutter cleaning company, no doubt.

When I called to arrange for an estimate I was expecting to need to schedule both the inspection/estimate and then again for the work. I was very surprised when Franklin was able to come out that same day to look at the problem area. He assessed the situation and agreed that it was in need of cleaning. I appreciate all of the time he took to explain the problem, show me a comparison of our gutter system to a better one for us to consider in the future, and discuss the cleaning job. He was able to come out a couple of days later and knocked the job out in no time. The gutters look great and water is flowing like it should now. We are very happy with the results and the price, and when we are ready to upgrade our gutters we know who to call for excellent service. Thank you!

Came on time, cost estimate reasonable and installed gutter as promised. Don't know yet if gutter guard works as well since not much rain since but installation was done well.
