Description of Work: Purchased a roof maintenance package last spring. I was informed that they would contact me to setup an appointment. After waiting a week or so I called them, I was told that it would cost more because my house required staging, which I said was fine. Again I was told I'd be contacted to schedule an appointment. This never happened. | |I called every week in May and was told every time that they'd call me when they were organizing the calendar OR that they'd have the service guy call me and setup an appointment. | |I got one call, randomly in may from the inspecting employee asking if he could come over that afternoon. I work pretty far from home so this wasn't possible. After several more calls I still have no appointment and never received service. | |They basically stole $100 from me. I no longer use Angie's List pre pay deals.

Description of Work: We purchased a big deal and it took forever to schedule. They would only come out when in the area and when I would call they would tell me to call back to see when they could schedule. Finally got a day rushed home for them to show up two hours late. A call a bit before so u would t have had to change my schedule and rush home would have been appropriate. Would be afraid to pay big money and get a job done in a timely manner. Did give us pictures and gene was nice enough.

Description of Work: The service performed on my roof was great. He completed the work agreed upon, and explained it completely to me. I will gladly use them again.

Description of Work: The provider arrived on time and performed the specified service. He inspected roof from ground, then climbed on roof of garage, and house and performed inspection and documented findings. He then made several repairs and provided a receipt for all work performed. I was very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Bought a roof maintenance package advertised on Angie's list. Email confirming purchase stated I would be contacted in two business days. I was not contacted in the two days. I initiated contact and the response was I would be contacted in a few days to schedule, I then re-provided the days I would be available and my phone number and did not hear back. I called the business on the forth business day after purchase and spoke with someone, I was told I would get a call back that night and have not heard from company since.

Description of Work: I used Seaview Custom Homes a year ago for remodeling of two bathroom.

Description of Work: Seaview Custom Homes gave me an estimate for a new roof, new gutters, new soffits and aluminum wrap around the house. I found them through Angie's List.

Description of Work: Seaview replaced my roof after the October 2011 snowstorm. They were prompt and took care of every detail in a professional manner. I would highly recommend them for roofing services and will certainly use them again in the future for other projects around the house.

Description of Work: Replace 2500 square feet of roofing on my home. My house is a 2000 square ft. executive ranch. They had to remove two layers of old roofing first. They used Surround SR Underlayment instead of either 15 or 30 lb felt. They also used 30 year Certainteed Landmark Woodscape series Architectural roofing shingles. They also installed a Certainteed Shingle Vent 2 Ridge venting system. They also installed a new drip edge, rake edge and step flashing as well as rubber vent covers. This also included new ice and water shield on all eves and perimeter of the roof. The job start to finish took three days.

Description of Work: We contacted this company for an estimate. A week later they came by to look at the job. we never did get an estimate from them, in fact, we never heard anything from them at all. We assumed the job was not big enough for them, but was disappointed that they didn't follow up with us.

Description of Work: He put on a new shingle roof about a year and a half ago.
