Jack Murphy and his two man crew were a great team. We hired them to rebuild our 30 year old deck with new materials and design. Jack and his team did a great job working with us to come up with a functional and flowing design. I was so happy with how the deck came out that we hired them to come back and finish off the loft in our barn. Jack focus was keeping material cost down and working efficiently to streamline the labor time. I would highly recommend Murphy and Son Building.

Jack Murohy has a really good eye for detail. He pointed out things that should be done that other contractors didn't even notice. I would hire them again. He is very easy to work with.

Very honest, helpful, courteous, and fair. Cleaned up after the job. Helpful and knowledgeable beyond the deck reworking that we hired him for - gave advice for simple repair to sliding door. Kept us appraised of the material ordering status for the deck job, and got the job done very quickly. Very pleased with final results.
