+ -1 moreThey were good. My husband really worked with them. Dean was the owner. He was very professional and did a good job. He came back if we had problems. They have since merged with another company. It was his own company.

Description of Work: The owner of Bentley's replaced two or more parts of the furnace without asking me or telling me first. He did not give a written estimate before doing any work, I would strongly NOT recommend using him. I believe he mainly works for builders installing systems in new homes. The price was way too high and he didn't provide an estimate or any explanation.
