All went perfectly. Peter showed up on time, was the ultimate professional, fixed the issues quickly and charged me less than the original estimate because the repairs didn't take as long as he expected. Gilbert Plumbing is now our preferred plumber for all things we will need in the future.

Peter returned my call right away and we scheduled a time a couple days later for him to come and work thru the list of repairs after I told him what they entailed. He came 10 minutes ahead of schedule and knocked out all the items on the check list in record time...under an hour. He did a great job and my total bill was very reasonable ...less than $140. And he provided a paid receipt detailing what he fixed per the check list, which will make the buyers happy. Great guy, superb work and excellent customer service. Very superior to the plumbing company in AVON that I had used a few times. You won't be disappointed, very honest and reputable company.

They did a great job. The work was done in under and hour and a half and the final cost was about $125 under the original estimate (it took less time than estimated). I called the company on Monday, they came Tuesday to look and give an estimate. Since it was not an emergency, they came that Thursday and were out very quickly. There was no mess or sign that they had worked. I was very happy, especially when I saw the bill was under estimate.

Plumber was quick to respond and did more than was asked to make sure we got the full value for his time. Could not be happier with the service.

Mr. Gilbert arrived a bit ahead of time, was very professional, quick but detailed. Walked me through what happened and what the repairs needed to be and finished quickly. He gave me a quick estimate before starting work, which I requested, and then came in slightly under. Overall a great experience. Like I said very professional and appears to be very trustworthy. The only complaint I have is that at times it's difficult to get a hold of him, but I'm guessing a good plumber is in high demand.

It was great, he replaced the part quickly and effectively and restored our hot water. He was on time, polite and charged us what he said he would.

Gilbert was responsive, was able to close the valve, replaced a second mixer valve at the washer. My complaint is that the repairman spent about 10 minutes at my house (no exaggeration) and charged an outrageous fee ($183.00) to do the work. As a result, I will not call them again.

He came out when he said he would come out. I would highly recommend him. He even called the manufacturer about the defect on the toilet for me and got the part ordered.

Peter and his son Jason are professional and a pleasure to work with. Our hot water heater broke and Peter had a new one at our house the next day.

Called on Tuesday morning; call returned Tuesday evening. Repair service provided on Thursday morning. Young man arrived promptly at designated time; completed the job in less than one hour; left areas clean.

I called Peter for a clogged toilet. He came out the next day and the issue was resolved. I was pleased with Peter's professionalism and asked if he would give me a quote on another project. He gave a look and said he would send a quote to me. A few weeks passed. A friend asked for a plumber recommendation and I gave her Peter's name. He was at her home within hours. I followed up with Peter in a few days when I had a leaky pipe. He came out the next day and did the work. I spoke to him again about the project work and he said he would be interested and then never contacted me again. Top it all off - while he fixed a broken pipe, it did not resolve the leak we originally called about. It still drips. I am moving along. I will not recommend Peter to my friends and neighbors. I've scheduled other plumbers to come in and give me quotes for the work I need done.

They were great to deal with and overall I though the price was a fair one. The son did the work. He showed up on time worked quickly and did a great job.

Highly recommend to others. They will order the parts for you and there can be a wait for the parts. But the wait was worth it. The parts were cheaper ordered through them and the installation quality was excellent. Installation was relatively quick.

We used Peter Gilbert twice. He is going to be doing more work for us. It went very well. He is very professional and he is able to make time to come and do the work. He shows up when he says he will. He gets right to work, does a good job, and then leaves.

He answered my call by the end of the day and was at my house 2 days after I called. He was very prompt and courteous. His work was done quickly and everything worked fine. The price was fair.

The work cost me $150. They were fast, courteous and did everything that they said they would do. They did everything that I had asked them to. I will hire them again in the future, if required.

Great! Two other guys had looked at it and tried to fix it but it still leaked until Gilbert Plumbing did the job. It's been over a year and no leaks. I have called them back for any other plumbing needs ever since.
