Cat Developers

My husband and I knew when we bought the house in 2007 that we were going to tear it down in 2008 and rebuild. We live overseas and knew that it would be tricky to do a renovation from abroad. We also knew that we wanted to use Cat Developers. We know them well and have seen their work and know that they are exceptional. From the beginning (architects drawings) through every stage of development we needed someone who understood what we wanted and knew how to deliver that. We needed to trust that deadlines were met and that quality standards did not slip. Cat Developers did that and more. When we signed contracts the agreement was that the renovation would take 10 months. As with any project of this scale there were unexpected events (major winter storms with high winds, rain and snow on a waterfront property) which should have delayed things significantly. Cat Developers managed to still complete our house when they promised they would with no shortcuts. My husband and I were so impressed. It is a truly bespoke house that we think is absolutely perfect. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would be more than delighted to answer any questions someone may have. Lastly, Cat Developers treated the building of our home as if it was their very own home which we think is pretty unique.

My roof has been leaking for several years now and needed replacement. I found out about this company through a friend and was looking forward to using them. Before the actual repair began, they thoroughly surveyed the roof and areas that were leaking to provide me with an accurate estimate. The cost included the services listed above, a large dumpster and the materials which I thought was very reasonable since my home is roughly 3500 sq ft. Throughout the job, the men working on my roof were very friendly, professional and showed up promptly every day. They made sure to talk to me about any major problems they discovered and also discussed changes with me before making them. They finished the job in only a few weeks and were very considerate about keeping the yard and the inside of the house clean throughout the entire process. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the work and customer service from John and his company. They showed a true concern for their work and always made sure to check in with me to verify that there were no problems and that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend using Cat Developers for any sort of home repair and remodeling and I will definitely be using them again.

The house was gutted and beautifully rebuilt from the bottom up. The quality of the work was superior, with great detail to the woodworking and molding. The house was a real challenge as it had been previously used as a storage spot for a business and when we began it had uneven floors, no plumbing, and needed to be totally rebuilt on the original footprint. We were delighted with the end result and would recommend Cat Developers again.
