+ 1 moreThey attempted to help me but there seemed to be some sort of gap between explaining what I needed and what they showed me. One counter person was helpful while another one appeared short tempered and disinterested in assisting me. I decided to mail order the required pieces from yet another vendor who supplied them within a couple of days and were correct to what was ordered and requested.
Description of Work: After having a bad experience with a local plumbing supplier I visited this merchant as their advertising campaigns were all over television. I needed several replacement pieces for my heating system for which I had clear descriptions given to me by my contractor. In spite of trying to explain what was needed they didn't seem to understand - and these people are suppose to be in business to serve contractors?
