The cleaners and builders did a fantastic job renovating the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Everything was done so professionally. I thought this project would be a nightmare, but they were so attentive and responsive. I will definitely be using their services in the future for any work I need to be done around the house.

DAVID IS AMAZING ! I have a 10 foot long closet that i tried fixing myself 3 times and it was a nightmare that wouldnâ  t end my clothes were all on the ground and my room was a mess ! Nobody would take the job and if they were willing to hear my story their price was astronomical. I called the cleaners and builders and David and i agreed on a fair price and picked a day for him to get started working on the closet, his flexibility was perfect for my schedule. He put the closet up extremely professional and was nice and upfront about the whole process it was extremely hard to find an honest handyman and let me tell you for now on heâ  s my guy ! Also as a bonus after the job was done he followed up came back to check if everything was good and also refunded me the amount from the materials that were refundable after the job was done. 10/10 in my book ! Thank you again for resolving my closet problem in such a timely manner.

Professional and knowledgeable

David was genuinely nice and extremely professional. I am always hesitant when hiring someone because you want to be sure they are trustworthy and reliable. David was that and beyond. He was very helpful with all my questions. He put together my dining room furniture as well as my island stool chairs. Not only was he great at putting everything together, he offered some valuable advice and answered all my questions. I would hire David and his team anytime and will definitely refer him to my friends and family. It is so difficult to let someone in your home much less find someone reasonable. With David he is not going to nickel and dime you and honestly his prices were just right for my budget. I also would not refer someone to my family and friends without knowing for sure they were honest and reliable. Thank you I do not always write reviews unless someone is exceptional and David was. And if you are wondering. no, I was not paid to submit this review nor did I know David before I hired him so please consider my honest review based on how my experience was with the repairs he completed at my home.

Excellent work for a fair fee . I worked with David who has a gift for home design and repair projects. He is very good at analyzing a project and setting out an efficient way to proceed with it. David has excellent manners and is punctual and hard working.

David is honestly the best contractor we have ever hired. He is polite, courteous, honest, completely l,knowledgeable and so reliable. He responds to calls promptly and makes you feel like you are his only customer even though I know he is busy. You cannot find anyone who is half as great as David.. I feel totally secure and confident with his work. He is a perfectionist. You will be more than pleaded with this level of service. He should be cloned.

Excellent communication and very responsive. Also very considerate, including wearing booties in the house to avoid additional footprints on our floors. We would be happy to do business with The Cleaners and Builders LLC again in the future.

The work got done. Looks good. My wife and i was not very happy with it. But its done. There was a communication problem.

David Apel was incredibly supportive and helpful when Amazon through a terrible curve ball at me. DAMAGED GOODS and a NO SHOW tech. BUT David showed up, found damage and repacked for return to Amazon. What a mess BUT David is here now putting my kitchen cabinet together in good spirit. Hard worker, answers promptly, polite. I WOULD HIRE DAVID AGAIN for a suitable job.

These guys were great! We got turned down by two large companies because our dryer vent was almost at the peak of our roof on the second floor, but these guys took it on. They came out the same day we spoke with them to take a look and draw up a quote and then came back the following day to do the cleaning on our dryer vent and put in a new vent on the house. The previous owners had on the wrong cover which caused most of our issues to begin with. I would recommend them to anyone we know. They were professional and explained out everything.
