bathtub refinishing
+ -1 moreI had a bathtub reglazed. Within six months it started to peel. Despite one year warranty, Tom accused me of purposely damaging the tub and refused to repair or reglaze it without charging me more than double the original price. He then never returned my calls. Falsely advertises warranties and then gets nasty when you outreach for repair. Shameful

+ -1 moreThe tub looks much better than it did before, however there are a few defects. There is a 1-year warranty, spoke with Tom who was willing to come and repair them however I have not yet followed up with him to schedule a time to do it.
Description of Work: They re-glazed our old bathtub for us.
