+ 0 moreThe original conversation with Marybeth was pleasant as well as the templating and the install. But she was very rude to my mom on the phone and after she was paid she became very condescending. Unfortunately I won’t use or recommend them. I cannot understand how customer service people can be nasty to paying customers!

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the service I received from Ms. Mary Beth Laudano in her showroom. I had shopped at a number of different tile/marble showrooms but always seemed to come away confused and overwhelmed! Mary Beth was extremely patient and informative with my wife and me. She helped us choose the tile and marble staying within our budget. I truly appreciated the personal attention we received from Mary Beth, and her installation crew. I was surprised with the prompt and efficient service I received (Larry Sasso) during the installation process. I had expected, from previous improvement projects in my home, to have my house filled with dust, workmen tracking dirt throughout my home and a protracted installation process. Quite the opposite - clean, quick, polite. Mr Sasso seemed really eager to make sure we were pleased with the job before they left. I am using them again with another bathroom and full kitchen renovation.
Description of Work: I purchased and had installed approximately 600sqft of an 18x18 porcelain tile. I also purchased (and had installed) a custom made marble vanity top for the bathroom, along with a custom made marble window sill.
