These guys are awesome. They stayed untill almost midnight trying to figure out what was wrong with my furnace. They was determined to get us heat. I felt bad because, they been there almost all day and I know they wanted to go home. The price was extremely fair compared to the time they spent. I truly appreciate the job they did. Highly recommended

Excellent service. Very prompt. Called Mike and he came out within a hour. Mike is very experienced, having dealt with many HVAC companies, these guys are tremendous. New exactly what was wrong and fixed it like a professional. Cost was better than I even expected. Forget the others and call MTL. Iâ ll be using them from now on.

Michael knew that the part that had failed on my hot water heater was covered by a five year warranty. He contacted the manufacturer representative directly and saved me a lot of money. His work was excellent.

My furnace fan was turning on without burner lighting somewhat prior to cleaning. Now the issue has increased. I cannot rate or review until MTL is contacted. Presently furnace needs more attention.

The technician was great, he communicated his arrival time to me. He was very knowledgeable and performed all the required work quickly and efficiently. Price was fair, I highly recommend these guys and will definitely continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs.

I had MTL changed my oil tank. All good , the only thing is there are bad oil with lots sludge in the old tank, they transferred those oil to the new tank. They supposed only transfer pink good oil, I guess it cost money to throw away the bad oil and they did not want do it and they did not communicate with me neither.

My furnace stopped working in 19 degree weather. MTL called me within 20 minutes and someone was at the house within 40 minutes. They started work at 7:45 and ended at 7:00 that night to replace it. Told me what they were doing the entire time and left the basement clean. I highly recommend them and will use them to conduct regular maintenance on the new furnace.
