I saw all the 5 star reviews on Home Advisor and some good reviews on Angie's List, so I decided to call the company for the installation of a complete air conditioning system for my home. I left a message a week ago and never received a call back, hence, I decided to call back again. Mike answered the phone and an appointment was scheduled for the following week. However, in the meantime, Mike had a cancellation last week and asked if he could come over within 20 minutes. I told him I couldn't because my mom ended up in the hospital. Also, I told him it was important to get the installation as soon as possible so that my mom would be comfortable once she finished rehab and came home from the hospital. Well, here it is, the day of the scheduled appointment, and he never showed up. I called (3) times and left a text message. It shows how all good reviews are not always valid. Also, most of the reviews were not very recent. Not sure why Mike could not have the decency to cancel or call me back. This is very unprofessional! Thank god I have another company that I will hire that was courteous and professional.

Very well. The techinician was very knowledgeable, explained all that was being done and why.

They found the leak immediately and went to supply store to get part. Repaired condenser in the rain. A/C system recharged with R22 and working beautiful. Saved me thousands of dollars vs. other companies (Santa Fuel) trying to sell me NEW a new R410a system when this works fine. Highly recommend this company!

Second time I used this company and am still very happy with their service. In the middle of a heat wave, my air conditioner stopped working. MTL was timely, professional and reasonable with the price of the fix.

He cleaned and tuned up my system. They were very detailed oriented and patient. They communicate very well and are professional. No problems with the system since.

Mike's a good guy. Clean cut, communicates well, takes time to explain the work. His helper Phil also is the same. Mike communicates by email and by phone, very responsive. Good prices, easy to schedule with him, quality of work is top notch. No cut corners, treats the house like his own. Showed up 15 minutes early and the utility room in our basement where he was working was swept clean when he was done. Very happy with the work, I expect to use him again if we should need to.
