+ -1 moreHe showed up promptly for the first meeting, at no charge. We spent around an hour touring the small property and discussing what existed presently, what I was dreaming could be done, and what actually might be accomplished with my budget. He knew he had been contacted through Angie's List. Having not heard from him, I left him a message a month later, stating while I hated to leave bad reviews, I could not exactly leave a good one at this point. He called back within 24 hours, apologized (stating medical issues). Then said he promised to get back to me shortly. It's now a month later 8/26/2013 and I have not heard from him at all. I will not be chasing him again.
Description of Work: On 6/10/2013 Jim of Ivy League Landscaping responded to my original call requesting he meet me for an evaluation of landscaping ideas and prices that I wanted, at no cost. He left with my printed ideas and suggestions in hand, and said he'd get back to me shortly. Never heard from him. Called again a month later, left message. He called back within 24 hours, apologized and promised to get back to me shortly. Now 8/26/2013 I have not yet heard from him.

+ 0 moreThe crew showed up and performed the work in a timely manor. The patio and firepit were done very quickly. The pizza oven took a little longer due to the nature of the construction, there were cure times for several conrete "phases" that caused the total build time to take a little over a month, but the work was of exceptional quality and worth the wait. Again, I was very impressed with justins knowledge of pizza ovens, and he also shared with me valuable information as to how to cure the oven properly and cook in it. we were very happy with our results and use the pizza oven often.
Description of Work: My wife wanted a paver patio in the backyard along with a firepit and I wanted an authentic Woodfired pizza oven. We contacted our landscaper to see if he could perform the work. We had some previous paver work done by another vendor and were very pleased with his work, but he didnt do pizza ovens. Ivy league came over and gave us a quote for the pizza oven, the paver patio and the firepit. Since I had done some previous investigation into the price of pizza ovens I was prepared for the quote. I was very impressed with justins knowledge of pizza ovens and wasnt surprised when he divulged that he had built one himself in his backyard and used it all the time.
