 + -1 moreTHEY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH THE EQUIPMENT TO MAKE SURE THEY GOT IT ALL CLEANED OUT. THEY GOT ME UP AND RUNNING AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY COMPLICATIONS AT ALL SINCE THEN.

 + -1 moreTHEY MADE SURE THAT ALL MY IMPORTANT INFORMATION WAS SAVED BEFORE THEY CLEANED OFF MY HARD DRIVE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB MAKING SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID.
