She thought she was getting an equal replacement unit (because they had been servicing her water heater for years), and they replaced it with an inferior product without telling her. When we tried to get them to take responsibility, Mike Amodio hung up on us and refused to call us back. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Based on customer service experience via phone, decided to go with another company.
Description of Work: Relocating to area and wanting pricing and options for oil fuel. Rude and short on the phone, which made my decision not go utilize their services very easy!

Excellent, They came and did everything and did not leave until the system was working perfectly. I was missing a part for my gas grill and when I got it they came back and connected. Great work!!

Vinny and the guys at Amodio were excellent, they arrived quickly and were 100% honest and reasonable. They knew right away that a leak was likely and didn't charge me a visit fee or testing fee, they just identified the problem and recommended the new unit. Vinny gave me a flat price of $2,995 and completed all the work for that amount with no surprises or any issues. They even billed me and didn't demand payment all at once. I thought that the price for the unit may be a bit high, but they seemed honest and move quickly and were reasonable in every effort. In full disclosure they also service my furnace and I buy oil from them.
Description of Work: Tested 2 Ton A/C condenser for leakage. Identified the leakage in the coil and recommended replacement of the unit. Matched the unit to the internal coil, brought out the new Trane unit, installed, charged and tested the unit for functionality.

Furnace did not turn on at 9 pm, contacted the answering service and asked for a visit in the morning as the weather was warm. Service call made by V. Amodio who contacted me re: his assessment. I am very satisfied with Amodio and Sons.
Description of Work: Have used Amodio and Sons for years as our oil company. They are consistently reliable, dependable in their delivery and service. Their customer service and service calls are excellent. I highly recommend this company. We have a service contract with Amodio and Sons so this visit was covered by the service contract.
