From my dog's social media, Gizmo's Frens: Omgosh *this guy*! Please welcome Mr. Larry to our big furamily! GizMom thought she needed a new disposal and dishwasher. She called Me. Larry who came over on the spot and immediately sat on the floor to give Giz n Gadge some love. Then fixed the problems in 10 minutes and only charged the service fee! He could have made a lot of money from GizMom, who doesn't know much 'bout appliances. But he didn't. He even stayed and visited for a bit, educating GizMom about appliance safety and maintenance. When we learned he had little people in his life, we sent him on his way with some Giz books to give them. Hands down the BEST experience with an appliance repair person. Thank you, excellent Mr. Larry! Cuz we're frens!

Couldn't have asked for a quick response. Larry arrived when he said he would, got right to it and resolved the problem. Very pleasant person to work with!

Repairs were done quickly (broken belt) and professionally. Larry explained why belt broke (overloading dryer) to prevent reoccurrence. Larry made sure to call when there were any delays in his arrival.

The repair went very well. Larry was on schedule and fixed our water line very quickly. We appreciated his being available on a Sunday!

Not well very poor service. I scheduled three days in advance with a 4 hour window to have my refrigerator repaired . The did not bother to show up or bother too call so now I am left with a fridge that will be out for another week. When I called to see if they were cumming they told me they were closing in 10 min. I would not recommend a company that cannot follow up with a 3 day scheduled appointment.

Larry responded immediately. Came out next day. Took dryer apart, diagnosed problem. Had to order a part which came in next day. He then called and completed the job on a Sunday! All in all wonderful experience with this professional from beginning to end.

Larry Chernoff of Able Service Co. South was fabulous. He diagnosed the problem immediately and quickly had it working again. He came on a holiday weekend, Dec. 29th, when I was desperate and no one else could make it and seemed like a superman when it comes to dishwasher repair.

Larry was very accommodating with scheduling and even offered to come out the same day I called. The dryer is fixed and I am very pleased with the work he did. I would definitely hire Larry again.

Larry was lovely and honest. He responded very quickly by phone, we discussed the washer situation. He asked if I would be home in an hour. I told him I would. He told me the price of his service call, which would be applied if he needed to do work. I agreed and he came right over. He checked out my 20 year old washer. He knew what to do, and was able to fix it. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Larry knew exactly what to do when we described the situation. He was very responsive and called a few minutes before arriving on time. He fixed the dryer quickly. I would call on him again in the future if needed.

Larry Chernoff is great. Very knowledgeable, honest, punctual and professional. He diagnosed the issue. It turned out the mother board is likely dead. It was not responding to a reset. Larry put the options out there and was very personable and approachable. Very friendly and will use him again

He advised that the whole computer needed to be replaced in the dishwasher and the best option would be to buy a new dishwasher, I was very pleased with his honesty.

We had a not-too-old "high efficiency" washing machine that stopped working. Larry came in within 24 hours of our call and checked it out. Rather than charging us several hundred dollars, he made the call that we were better off getting a new one. We have used Larry 3 or 4 times over the last 10 years. If he can fix it for a reasonable price, he will. If he cannot, he will let you know. I trust his judgement and workmanship.

Larry diagnosed the problem and installed genuine factory parts. Additionally, he gives a 6 year guarantee on the parts which is more than most. Once we called we didn't have to wait very long for him to show up. On top of that Larry is a very friendly and personable guy. He does great work and he is very pleasant to be around. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home appliance repaired.

Larry is very prompt and courteous. He was very informative about what was going on with our washing machine. He gave us a great price and honest feedback. It is going to be too expensive for us to repair our machine however, if we need any future repairs on other appliances I will not hesitate to call him.

I came home on a Saturday at 5pm to find my refrigerator not working. I called able/larry at 7:30 pm and he was able to be at my house at 8:30pm that night. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions. Unfortunately the refrigerator can't be fixed. I will definitely call him again.
