+ -1 moreGreat. I needed a fast and inexpensive fix to a broken low-quality vinyl replacement window which shattered overnight due to thermal seal loss. A&E replaced the pane within 3 hours of dropping it off at a total cost of $40, exactly what I needed. B for responsiveness because of short weekday and no weekend hours.

Description of Work: My shower door came loose because a small piece of plastic broke. Because it was an older model, finding a replacement part was impossible. At first, Bob Ugolik thought I might need to replace the entire shower door at great expense. But then he made a part that would hold the door in place, saving us a lot of money.

+ -1 moreMY NEW WINDOWS LOOK GREAT. THIS COMPANY DID A ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT JOB WITH THE WHOLE PROJECT. THEY EVEN WIPED THE WINDOWS DOWN AFTER THEY WERE INSTALLED.
Description of Work: WE HAD THEM COME OUT TO OUR HOUSE TO REPLACE SIXTEEN WINDOWS, THEY NEEDED NEW GLASS.
