+ -1 moreWe used Dawn Baker. Our house was sold within 24 hours. She got the 6% percent commission, standard. I would use them again absolutely, in a heartbeat. It actually sold for over listing. Dawn came in, she put together a plan. Said this is what we need to do to sell your house. She spelled it all out for us. Told us what we had to do and what she was going to do. She put all the wheels into motion. When it finally hit the market, like I said within 24 hours after it was listed, it was sold.

+ -1 morePoor. Use one of the many agents that don't try and charge this fee. True they MAY back off the fee if you ask, but do you trust the agent at that point for the biggest purchase of your life?
Description of Work: I was considering using them to buy a house, but they wanted to charge me a $250 fee to buy a house!
