+ -1 moreTracey was a master at helping me to maneuver transactions which would have been difficult and more expensive without her expertise. We were nervous about putting the house up for sale in a slow market and she reassured us that with proper pricing and preparation, we could sell, and we did.... twice! Her experience and skill in negotiating both the contract and the results of the inspection saved me time, stress and thousands of dollars. She also patiently took me through many homes is West Hartford. Her knowledge of the surrounding neighborhoods and schools was very helpful. Tracey offered insight and perspectives to properties that I would not have considered. Now that I have moved, she has continued to help with referrals to stores, plumbers etc. She is a skilled agent who I strongly recommend to anyone willing to brave this difficult market.
Description of Work: Tracey sold my house and helped me find my new home. Tracey showed me how to stage my house so that it looked its best. She had a professional photographer take pictures for the online listing which brought through many interested parties. Through constant monitoring of the comps in the area, she made sure we were priced appropriately. Thanks to her hard work and marketing, we entered the down market and had a contract in a few months. Unfortunately, my buyer's financing fell through, so we had to list it again. Again, we got a couple of offers and signed a contract. We were sold and moved out of the house while many of the other houses that were already listed when I put my house up for sale, were still sitting unsold.
