Description of Work: I contacted Terri and she came over to assess the home for biweekly cleanings. Her proposal indicated the first cleaning would be $270 ($75/hour for first 2 hours + $60/hour for next 2 hours), which was significantly more than any other cleaner had quoted. When I responded via email that this did seem expensive, Terri initially seemed responsive and explained why their services were pricier. She then asked if I would share quotes from other cleaning services. I did so, and then I never heard from her again. Poor follow up.

+ -1 moreTerri, et al., arrived for the first time and cheerfully and efficiently got on with it, as though they had been here before and knew exactly what was needed. We were ecstatic. We look forward to Terri's next visit.
Description of Work: Terri and her amazing elves scrubbed and polished everything till it gleamed. When I got home, I thought for a moment that I was in the wrong house. Everything looked and smelled wonderful

Description of Work: I have been using TerriCloth Cleaning for over 4 years. Besides housekeeping, this group has hung pictures for me, watched my home while away for the weekend to take care of my pets, and have always been a phone call away. I use this group on a bi-weekly basis for cleaning. They bring the all products, thus I don't have to worry about having anything at the house for them to use. Terri is the owner and the most impressive comment I have is she cleans too, doesn't drop people off at my house and then come back. Based on my home size, Terri comes with an assistant so instead of one person taking four hours to clean my home, with two people, it only takes two people. I am usually never home during the week thus I have given my key to Terri as I have immense trust in her. Another reason I keep with TerriCloth Cleaning, for example is, I was at the airport leaving to go out of town and believed I left my iron on. I called Terri to ask her to go to my home to check and see if the iron was on. In a flash, I got a phone call from her telling me everything was ok. What a relief. Another time, I had lost an earring in my house. I'm at work and receive a call from Terri telling me she found an earring in my bedroom. I was relieved and happy because again, she and her group demonstrated their honesty. You will receive a free estimate, and if you ask for additional services (such as having your refrigerator cleaned out), you'll always get a yes. My bi-weekly cleaning have never gone up in all the time I've been with her.
