 + -1 moreI bought a Living Social voucher on November 11, 2015. The first time I called to schedule a cleaning I was told they were too busy and couldn't come for a few weeks. I just called again and the owner told me that I was beyond their distance range. I know I checked that before I purchased the voucher. She finally agreed that she would make an exception. I asked for an afternoon appointment and she told me she could not guarantee that. I had to agree to anytime from 8:00 A.M. on. tried to explain that to her that I cannot have morning appointments but she didn't care. She obviously did not want my business, and kept telling me that I could request a refund from Living Social.
Description of Work: The owner refused to guarantee me an afternoon cleaning.

 + -1 moreThe owner was extremely good about communicating with me by e-mail and when there was a question she called me immediately. The ladies that came were very nice and hard working. The price was a bit steep for what was required by I didn't want to do it all myself. The only problem was communication between workers and owner regarding appliances that I did not want cleaned. But I was there when they arrived and was able to explain what I needed to them. I would use this company again if I needed their services.
Description of Work: Cleaned a condo that we just closed on. It required "heavy duty" cleaning including window screens, oven, inside windows, inside and outside of kitchen cabinets.
