+ -1 moreThe short story: Rocco missed an 830 appointment, rescheduled it to 11, and then stood me up again. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. The longer story: I made an appointment with Rocco for 830 am on a Saturday. At 850, I called to determine where he was. He was apologetic about having forgotten about the appointment and we rescheduled it for 11am later that morning. At 1120, when he still had not arrived, I called again and was told that he was just getting into his car. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment. He could be excused for missing one appointment, but missing the rescheduled appointment for the same morning displays a gross lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: I needed a quote for a problem with water pooling in my chimney cleanout hatch in the basement.
