Andrew E. did a great job removing 1 large White Face nest along with the a Yellow Jacket nest. About 3 hours after Andrew finished the 2 nests, I found another White Face nest on the backside of our house. Andrew E. came back to our house to remove the 3rd nest, even though it was Friday night around 7:00pm!! Thank you so much!

Very good experience with this company. They called and examed the house carefully. Also they made suggestions on the schedule and costed us nothing more.

We needed 5 stops to get rid of all of the mice. Everyone that come out was extremely knowledgeable and handled themselves professionally.

I was impressed at how much time they took to explain what needs to be done and how, when I first called them, considering that it was nice weekend afternoon. The service man came exactly at the time I expected him. He was polite, answered my questions, and did the job. There was no need for another application of the pesticide.

All ended well, but it took an extra visit from the exterminator to solve the problem because the first tech ddidn't spray the top of the foundation on the inside (basement)

they sprayed the perimeter of the house, as well as specific areas on the 2nd and 1t floors. The problem seems to have been addressed, since we have not had any further bug issues.

Even after they sprayed, I still found insects. It was raining when he came, and I told him that I didn't think the product would be as good if it was diluted with the rain. They came back a 2nd time, but I still don't think it worked. I would not use them again.

Called on Sunday and they showed up on Monday and resolved the issue. Very pleased with their prompt response and great service in resolving this issue.

I discovered a bee and wasp problem at my home, looked on Angie's List, and called Richland Pest & Bee Control late one morning after I had been stung. During the assessment of my situation by phone, I received a detailed explanation of the service that I am likely to need and its cost. I also received sympathy for having been stung, that was unexpected, but if anyone is going to understand... I called mid-day and received same-day service. I was told that it was a matter of having someone in the area at the time. I was still pleased and appreciative. My service technician was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do in advance of the service then again after the service was complete. No one wants to have to call an exterminator, but if you do, consider this company.

Very prompt service. They came out the same day to deal with out issue! Prices seemed comparable to other companies that i contacted.

Selling our house and the inspector found some carpenter bee holes. Called a few places and they were the cheapest by far due to the Angie's list discount. They were very prompt and came the same day.

They came for 3 visits and put out traps and poison. We saw a decrease in rodent activity which was much appreciated. Will definitely hire again if the problem returns.

The Richland techs showed up on time for the first visit. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Traps and bait were set. These traps were safe for my grandkids and our animals. The techs indicated that they would be back in a few days to check the traps and evaluate where the mice were coming in. They came back on time and reset the traps. They will be returning soon to re-evaluate what we need as far as keeping the mice away. My son and daughter-in-law were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

Service was great and effective! I had a very informative conversation on the phone with Mike who very patiently answered all of my questions about the service, what to expect, possible prices, time frames, length of coverage, what treatments would be viable options, and how to get about $100 in discounts. I learned a lot...! A man named Sam came out to my residence within the window I was told to expect him and gave me a 30 minute heads-up call to inform me he was on his way. He was extremely polite, thorough, professional, and also patiently answered all of my questions (sometimes repeatedly) so I could be sure I understood what to expect, how to prevent another infestation, and how to keep my family safe while the treatments were active. Day 2 so far and no sign of ants! Price was great -- especially for 2 years of coverage. I only wish that customers received texts or e-mails as a reminder to reach out and reschedule for the 35-40 day upkeep treatments.

So far we haven't seen any mice in several weeks.
