Description of Work: Called on a Thursday for ants in the 2nd floor bedroom, however, they couldn't come out until Monday. Tech. arrived within specified time frame on Monday and performed work quickly and efficiently. Explained process and chemicals used. Cost included 2 follow-up visits 45 days after the last. Appears to have eliminated the problem - no ants have been seen since. Would use Richland Pest again.

Description of Work: Richland Pest and Bee Control came out to do an inspection on the possible areas of mice entry at our historic home in Southington. They did a wonderful job, and were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, prompt, and friendly. They noted all areas of possible entry and recommended (but did pressure us) service. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They did an inspection for mice and other pests. It was determined I did not have a wasp nest in my attic and that there were no carpenter ants in the attic or basement, and only a minor mouse problem. They were pleasant and polite and did not pressure me to get something done that I did not need.
