Description of Work: The technician Tom that came out was friendly, courteous, and consciences as he worked. I spoke to Sandy on the phone twice and found that she was |a direct no nonsense person. I will use and recommend this company again. The problem they came out to cure was tiny little ants. We shall see how the pesticides work in a couple of days. They will make 2 trips and 2 treatments for $300 in East Hartford. |

Description of Work: We were having terrible problems with hornet nests all over our house. They came out and sprayed their "bee barrier," taking down at least 8 nests. We spent the entire rest of the summer and fall hornet-free. Would highly recommend -- they were polite, professional and punctual.

Description of Work: He inspected the inside and outside of the foundation of the house for places of entry of mice, etc. He located those we had missed and told us how to plug them. He didn't try to sell his service in fact said we didn't need him at this point. If after we plug the holes we are still seeing mice inside we will certainly call him to come and rid us of the critters. He was very pleasant and helpful.
