Description of Work: After providing the quote and starting the job at agreed price. Adam tries to change the price by saying he underestimated the job. He has been in business many years-he didn't underestimate the job. He did the same to another customer who had referred him to us. He also wanted us to write a check to him personally ( not his business name). I told him I have to report my earnings-so should he and wrote the check out to his business. I think he is very unethical

+ -1 moreI was very satisfied. Adam was responsive through the whole process. He allowed us to either purchase the paint through him or on our own, We bought 7 gallons of Benjamin Moore Paint from our local John Boyle store. . Adam put on 2 coats for all rooms. I had to have him come back for a few missed nail pops in the half bath. He was responsive and came back next day to fix. Our rooms look great. He was very easy to work with. He was the most reasonable and responsive of 4 contractors that had bid on the job. His references gave him glowing reviews. We plan on using Adam for another paint job for our dining room. I have already referred him to a co-worker.
Description of Work: Adam painted the walls and trim for a half bathroom , living room and upstairs bedroom.

+ -1 moreWe are repeat customers of Adam and will continue to be for all our future painting needs. This time we wanted to have the interior of our newly purchased condo freshly painted prior to moving in by the end of the month. After emailing Adam directly from his company website, he called back the next morning and made arrangements to meet us at the condo that evening to give us an estimate. His fair and reasonable price quote was made even more attractive by offering to do it before the end of the week. He arrived on time and completed the job that day as promised. Adam is polite, friendly and a skilled tradesman who we highly recommended.
Description of Work: Sanded and painted two coats on interior walls of two hallways and a two-story cathedral-ceiling stairwell in a 1400 sq ft condo.
