+ -1 moreEverything went smoothly. They were able to get working on the floors on short notice and did a stellar job! Everything went as agreed upon and as planned. Would recommend them to anyone. Got the sanding and first coat down in one day. Came back on subsequent days for two more coats. I love my new floors! So will my tenants! Totally worth it.
Description of Work: O'Connor Brothers came in to sand and restain the floors on my first floor and hallway stairs in my multifamily.

+ -1 moreJohn and his brother did a really nice job on the floors. Some floors had been stained and poorly refinished while others were unstained and in desperate need of refinishing. When he was done the floors in all rooms were uniform in appearance and looked really nice. They did a good job containing the dust and cleaning up when they were done. They also patched holes and cracks they came across in the floor. The refinishing product he used--Bona--was essentially odor free and is a low-VOC finish. His estimate was the final price and he was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend O'Connor Brothers.
Description of Work: Refinished the floors on the upper level of our raised ranch house. Sanded all floors and applied three coats of water-based finish.
