They came out, inspected and said the work was not necessary. They did not charge for the inspection. We will be using them for future cleanings/repairs!

Great! Tom (technician) did an awesome and thorough job, was very helpful and explained everything to me. I've used this company many times and will continue to do so.

As best I can remember they did fine. My husband dealt with them, but he was very satisfied. It was fine.

Steve and Tom arrived early, but called ahead to make sure it was ok. They were courteous and did an efficient and seemingly professional job (it being August neither chimney is presently in use) of cleaning both our lined woodstove and furnace chimneys. They were courteous, informative (sharing information on the characteristic inaccuracy with magnetic woodstove thermometers and how to compensate for that problem), and made certain that the space around the stove was protected and remained clean.

Excellent. Company provided quick response to a reschedule an appointment, which worked out great. Steve and Kyle, the chimney sweeps were prompt, professional and completed the chimney cleaning and maintenance check in a timely manner and then provided a $30 coupon at time of payment, which was greatly appreciated! Would recommend this company.

Steve from Northeastern came out to clean my chimney liner. He was friendly with my two dogs. He made sure to lay down a cloth before vacuuming. He recommended services after i explained some water issues i was having in the chimney. Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for chimney's services.

Steve and Louis arrived on time and were courteous and friendly. Louis went on the roof and examined the chimney. Steve cleaned the furnace. He explained everything that was done and gave it to me in writing. This wasthe 3rd year in a row Steve has provided this service and if possible I would request him to come back next year.

Steve from NE chimney was very professional and courteous. He went right to work and did a great job. He cleaned up after he was done and even swept the walk below the duct outlet on the outside of the house. He arrived 15 minutes after the 2-hour time window they gave me, but otherwise the service was great.

Steve (the technician) was running a little early so he called, we were here so that was fine. When he got here he represented his company very professionally, explaining what he was doing as he did his work. He also pointed out where the liner of our fireplace was showing wear and explaining how we could reduce it going forward. He answered my questions about wood stove inserts in detail.

He did a great job and we will certainly be using NorthEastern Chimney in the future.

These people are PROS who have an in depth knowledge of the whole field. They are punctual, polite, and charge a reasonable amount for their services. I've used them for three years now and have been completely satisfied each time. A team- Andy and Luis- actually took the time to inspect the flu for the GAS furnace. They also recommended I have it cleaned every other year- a savings of approx. $200! (I had used a company in East Hartford for many years and decided to switch when I read their reviews. What a difference!)

The worker arrived on time, introduced himself and told me what he would be doing. He did a very good job of explaining his findings. Unfortunately, I will need additional work done on the chimney liner. He wrote up an estimate and did not pressure me to have the work done immediately I have used this company in my previous home for 25 years and would recommend them.

Steve came and did a great job thoroughly cleaning out our wood stove and chimney. He was professional, courteous and extremely neat. He explained everything he did and gave us some tips for proper burning. Would highly recommend.

Andy was here right on time. He was very courteous and explained everything. While the chimney really didn't need a cleaning--I guess I didn't use it all that much last winter--he completed the inspection and found that I will be needing major repairs to the chimney due to water penetration. (The chimney is approximately 60 years old and was not maintained prior to my purchase of the house). He explained what was happening and what my options were. He provided me with an estimate to have the work completed (right down to the number of bricks that would be required!) and I will most certainly do so. I have been a customer of Northeastern Chimney for about 10 years and they have always provided excellent service. They are reliable, honest and I have recommended them to several others.

They arrived on time. Finished the work professionally, thoroughly, completely, They were conscientious of my time, answered all my questions and responded to any request that I made. All the work that I requested from the initial contract and any of the details that I requested were taken care of expediently. I think what impressed me most was how clean they left the work area after they had finished - the basement where the new flue ended, the living room where they replaced a brick and mortared the fireplace, and the driveway were all spotless when they left. Although the price for the new flue was a little steeper than the furnace company had estimated (I asked them to ballpark it for me for budgeting purposes), the quote for the repair of the rest of the chimney was only 200 over one I had gotten 6 years prior. I do a lot of work on my home myself. I sincerely appreciate when the company that I hire treats my home with care and respect. They did a fantastic job and it was worth every penny.

They cleaned up after themselves, and were professionals in every way. It's like they were never here, except for the marvelous work that they left behind! They were outstanding. The price was lower than any other service provider I got estimates from.
