Description of Work: We went to the store on Route 1 in Guilford where Margaret was the manager. She has more experience than anyone we'd found in the past. She knows the products and was very very help with colors etc. We ended up with a wool rug and a synthetic rug. Both were on sale so the price was right. They brought the rugs to the house without a delivery charge and placed them on the floors for us. We moved the furniture back later but they asked if we needed help. If I need a rug, that's where I will go without a doubt!
