Description of Work: There were actually a number of separate jobs. One was the kitchen backsplash, done in slate tile (400) Another was a floor of a large office room, where he first installed hi-tech waterproofing. (1500) Another was the wall of a bathroom (2500) Another was the floor and wall of a bathroom (700). Another was an outdoor food service area which required demlition, a concrete substructure bulit and re-tiling. All work was done expertly and inexpensively.

Description of Work: Remodeled two small bathrooms. One was gutted completely and new tub, vanity and toilet were installed, and floor an wall re-tiled.(1800) The other In the other, a new vanity and toilet were installed and the wall wainscoting are was retiled.(800) Cost above is for labor. I suppled materials

 + -1 moreBoth jobs were done well and skilfully. Ivo worked around weather interruptions without complaint.
Description of Work: Two separate jobs. First was to re-lay a long, multi-tiered brick walkway(1,800). The second was to reconstruct a very large brick and tile pergola/ food service structure that was crumbling. Ivo demolished the old, created a new concrete and steel frame and foundation, and then re-tiled to match the old in part, and created new tile designs too.(2,000)
