The estimator, Chris, was prompt, helpful and responsive. The crew actually came early. They were very friendly and explained how the job would go. The work was fine and they sold me a quality product. We got 3 quotes and they were the low bidder. Can’t ask for more.

Had an issue getting a proposal. Jordan followed up and got me proposals as promised.

It actually went well, they did a good job. There was one dent and they came right out and replaced the picket. So yeah, so I think they did a good job. The only reason I wouldn’t give them an A, is because it did take them a while; there was a warranty for the materials, from the company that makes the materials, and it took them a while to get that to us. I mean this is probably our fault, we neglected to tell them that we had an invisible fence for the dog and so they broke a section of it, but that was kind of our fault, so I guess I’d give them an A. The price was reasonable, I'd give them an A

Jordan and Thomas always showed up on time and were super polite and very clear on what would get done. All the work was performed on time, and they even took the time prepare everything the night before so they got the job done a few hours early! We had one small hick-up where the line of the posts were not going to line up properly. Jordan was able to come up with solution to keep everything lined up without needing to buy extra materials. I'd certainly use them again.

Jordan was a pleasure to work with throughout. From the day he first came by to assess the job (providing me with various ideas and associated costs) to the final day the project wrapped up, he was prompt, thorough and always personable and easy to communicate with. I received a detailed written estimate from him the same day he came out to view the job. He also provided a similarly detailed final follow up receipt when the job was concluded. Everything proceeded as he predicted, including the start and completion time frame dates. He was on the premises at all times and cleaned up thoroughly at the conclusion of the job.

I called Hartford Fence on a Tuesday and had the fence the next day. Their crew worked out in a cold rain and did a fabulous job. The owner, Jordan, returned my calls within moments every time, and did exactly what he said he'd do.
