 + -1 moreMurray is very blunt and could put some people off. He identified *every* possible problem with the property. This could scare someone off who has little experience purchasing real estate or is nervous about keeping a home repaired. Murray was early for the appointment and did not get upset that I actually arrived a little late.
Description of Work: Murray Brenner performed prepurchase inspection of a house in Wallingford, CT 8/23/06. This was a visual inspection of the general condition of the property and structure.
