Excellent installation and company 4 years ago and when the motor had a problem yesterday, the owner himself came up from CONN to Northern Mass to personally make the repair. Fan had warrantee so only charged a very reasonable service fee. Highly recommend

NE Radon Doctors were prompt to come and prepare a detailed estimate. Their knowledge and prompt reminders were impressive and I chose them over several other vendors including a much preferred by realtors vendor. The pricing was better but by far not the lowest. Their willingness to adapt their schedule to my realtor deal deadlines was impressive. When I saw the installation and the incredible change in measurements via testing, no doubt that the right company was selected. Also their responsiveness to any calls with questions or problems (minor one today as a connection came loose....the owner himself drove to my home to make the repair inside of five hours everything was running great again. I can't understand anyone choosing another company to solve radon or uranium issues in the air or water.
Description of Work: Installed a complete basement radon mitigation system without destroying the basement floor; also installed both radon and uranium mitigation for the well water for the house.

Description of Work: We moved into a house with a recently installed radon system. We noticed a continual noise in bedroom. They came out the day after we called and the tech tried several different things until the noise disappeared.

They're a very nice company and have reasonable price. They're really good. They came out and did what they were suppose to do. They're a really reasonable company. Every year they're gonna come out and service the unit. I would recommend them to friends.
