+ -1 moreHe was thorough and made certain that the fix worked at every water level in the wash and rinse cycles. He also answered my questions regarding washer options, since we're moving and the repaired machine is staying with this house. His insights will be very helpful as I make a purchase decision for the new home.
Description of Work: The washer was overfilling and I had to turn the timer dial manually to move the cycle along. When he got here, the repairman diagnosed the problem as one of two items. He removed the front panel and found that it was, in fact, the first of these possibilities. A tube had become detached from the level dial and that was why the timer wasn't receiving a signal that it should move to the next phase of the cycle.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THEY DID REALLY GOOD WORK. I COULD TELL THAT THEY WERE EXPERIENCED, BECAUSE ALTHOUGH THEY FINISHED QUICKLY, THE WORK WAS DONE RIGHT.
Description of Work: THE HEAT ELEMENT WENT OUT IN THE DRYER AND THEY CAME TO REPLACE IT.
