Star Painters did a wonderful job from start to finish. The owner gave me a very reasonable price. The work was done meticulously. They repaired damaged areas, painted the walls and ceiling and cleaned up very thoroughly. I will use them again for my next painting project.

Demir and his company Star Painters gets 5 stars from me. I hired Star Painters to freshen up the walls in my rental property between tenants. I own a 100+ year old duplex with the original plaster and lath walls. After the second day on the job I knew I hired the right pro. As part of the prep work Demir and his team took the time to patch all the little holes and imperfections in the walls throughout the house. There were white patches of joint compound everywhere. If I were painting the walls myself I wouldn’t have gone through all that trouble. After the painting was started it was obvious to me with how great the walls looked that I couldn’t skip the trim and ceilings. Demir was extremely accommodating and was able to adjust his schedule to expand my project. What started out as a request to paint a few rooms turned into painting every surface in the rental unit as well as some rooms in my house. Because of the age of my home there were challenges with the conditions of the walls and ceilings and Star Painters worked with me, offering suggestions on how to approach aspects of the repair and paint process, all while staying in a budget. Demir and Star Painters are professionals with an attention to detail, fair pricing, and quality work. I will not hesitate to hire them again for future projects. In fact I have already discussed hiring them later this year to paint the outside of my house. You can’t go wrong with Star Painters.

Demir and his team took the time before painting to prep and patch every noticeable hole and imperfection. The walls were spotted with joint compound. If I was painting the walls myself I wouldn’t have gone through all that effort. Once the walls were prepped and painted I was so impressed with the results I knew I couldn’t ignore the trim and ceilings. Demir was able to adjust his schedule and expand my original project plan. In total Star Painters ended up painting every surface in the rental unit and also came over and painted some of the walls and ceilings in my unit. Demir worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the project. Providing expert suggestions on how to prep and repair some of the wall surfaces throughout the home that were showing their age while also staying within my budget. Star Painters have an eye for detail, are reasonably priced, professional, and courteous. I would definitely hire them again. In fact I have already discussed having them back later this year to paint the exterior of my home. Thank you for the A+ job.

I had the good fortune to meet Star Painters through their listing on Angies List many years ago. Since then they have beautifully painted my house exterior and trim, and power washed/ repaired and replaced damaged wood and sealed the deck several times. It is rare when you find a contractor that not only offers fair and competitive pricing on a project, but one whom you can trust to perform top professional work, with reliability, attention to detail and excellent results. Demir and his team are really nice people as a bonus. You can not do better for your painting project.

Star Painters powerwashed the entire exterior of our two-story, plus garage, vinyl-sided house, which had never been powerwashed since the the vinyl siding was installed in 2004 (15 years!). I cannot praise Demir and his team highly enough. First, he came to our house and reviewed what we needed and was very professional in every way, and gave a very reasonable quote, which after all the work was done we realized it was even more reasonable that we thought it was. His team came at about 9:30 AM within two weeks (he had a lot of work at the time, and I can see why!), and immediately started working on the most difficult area to be cleaned - about 1/4 of one side - and they spent nearly two hours just on that, and completely, totally cleaned it. The two guys doing the job worked very hard all day long (which was easy to tell when you're inside hearing it!), and it took them until 6:00 PM to finish the entire house and garage. And when it was all done it was absolutely beautiful. We hadn't seen the rich cream color of our trim in many years and forgot how good it looked. The entire house looked wonderful, and the two young men doing the work were highly courteous, hard working, and professional. They really do a great, great job. Demir is a pleasure to work with, and a highly professional and astute businessman. The job his employees did with both painting and power washing was of high quality. I would hire his company again without reservation.

I first considered Star Painters because of the excellent reviews on Angie's List. The house we moved into had had successive bad paint jobs such that there were many areas that were blistering, others where previous blisters had been poorly prepped leaving "scabs". I knew that the house would never look good again without extensive sanding and prep work. When Demir came to quote the job, he quickly assessed the poor condition of the house and recognized the extent of the work that needed to be done. He was clear to communicate this to me and set my expectations. The crew showed up punctually and worked conscientiously and diligently from the start. They would not move on until each problem area was resolved. It eventually became clear that even more surface prep work than initially projected would be required. Each day Demir and his crew were sure to review the previous day's work to make sure no additional issues were arising with the surface that would prevent a good final finish. After nearly three weeks of prep, the crew applied the final two coats again making sure of surface integrity at each step. The final product is a paint job and a house that truly looks and feels renewed. Given the extensive work, time, materials and ultimately quality, I feel the price was fair. Demir and his crew did whatever it took to get the job done right. I highly recommend Star Painters. P.S: While I've extensively discussed the exterior of the house, Star Painters also painted a bathroom and ceiling inside. They also accomplished these with skill and professionalism.

We hired Star Painters for two projects. One was our barn (huge) and the entire interior of our house. The quality of the work is excellent and communication is prompt. The work is fairly priced. Demir and his team do an excellent job and we highly recommend them.

Demir was immediately responsive, always punctual, and incredibly efficient (we wanted several rooms painted in our new house before moving in). He did the job quickly, cleaned up after the crew so we didn’t even know he was there during the day, and the rooms look awesome. We plan to ask him to do the rest of the house when the time comes!!

The house looks fantastic and we receive compliments daily!! The painters worked hard and especially focused on getting the prep work to get it done right. Suggestions provided by painters were great. Demir stood by his price which was very competitive compared to others.

They met expectations as far as the performance of the job itself. I did find it somewhat confusing the way they classified the size of the house. They referred to square footage, which typically references the size of the house interior, but they were speaking of the actual square footage of the wall surfaces they washed, which I found confusing.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Demir was responsive and professional at all times. Our calls were returned in a timely manner and the crew kept to the schedule they promised. They cleaned up after themselves each day and did an amazing job pressure washing and painting the house. It looks like a new house! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a house pressure washed and/or painted!

From his initial evaluation of this project, and through to its completion, Demir was a total professional. He explained every aspect of the job during his initial evaluation, and also explained the possible problems which could develop with the wallpaper removal and other aspects of the project. His price was reasonable and fair. As additional work requests by me entered into the project, Demir was very reasonable in negotiating what we both considered to be a fair increase in the price. He and his assistants, were always neat, courteous and professional. I will be referring Star Painters to all of my family and friends who may be in need of Demir's services.

The whole process working with Star Painters went smoothly. They showed up, when they said they would, and finished on time. Everything was easy to coordinate and Star Painters easily accommodated changes to dates and items that needed to be done (we were having other work done at the same time). The crew (plus Demir) was a pleasure to have around. They were very experienced and did impeccable work. They cleaned up the decks and yard before quitting each day. As far as we can tell there is not one spot on our house where the trim color leaks onto the house color, or vice versa. We always knew what was happening and when. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Their price was reasonable as well.

The process was great. Came right out to give us and estimate. Give us a quote on the work to be done which we felt was very fair. The work was done in a very timely fashion and the job was completed ahead of schedule. I had a number of add-ons that we're not part of my estimate. Demir the owner give us a very fair price for all the additional work.
